Qualifications and Skills: Must have: - 7+ years data architecture with deep Oracle and SQL Server expertise Informatica PowerCenter (or equivalent ETL platform) Change Data Capture (CDC) for incremental and near real-time sync Complex source-to-target mapping across large schema landscapes Bidirectional sync with conflict resolution strategies Data quality profiling, validation, and reconciliation frameworks Data governance, lineage tracking, and metadata cataloguing Good to have: Domain-driven data modelling (database-per-service patterns) Liquibase or equivalent schema change management Physical schema design from logical/conceptual models
