Bring your energy to Aggreko as an FP&A Analyst based in Dubai. You’ll support financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and strategic investment planning across multiple regions and business units. This is a role that will cover maternity leave for an initial period of 6 months.

What you’ll do as [role]:


  • Fixed Assets Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of fixed assets, including acquisition, tracking, capitalization, and disposal, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation with physical counts.
  • Inventory Analysis & Optimization: Analyse demand and consumption patterns to optimize inventory levels, implement control procedures, and maintain data integrity to minimize write-offs.
  • Capex Forecasting, Control & Reporting: Develop and refine Capex forecasting models, lead automation initiatives, and manage Capex budgets, expenditure proposals, and financial reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Governance: Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to align strategies, monitor policy adherence, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Direct Cost P&L & Full Ownership: Manage end-to-end accounting of Central Direct costs, conduct variance analysis, and take full ownership of these activities during month-end/quarterly closing, budgeting, and audits.

You are:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited institution, with an accounting or auditing professional qualification being an advantage.
  • At least 4 years of accounting experience, specifically in Fixed Assets and Inventory reporting, ideally with exposure to BPO and regional finance teams.
  • Strong understanding of fixed asset lifecycle management, inventory analysis/optimization (including forecasting and valuation), and Capex analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to conduct monthly analysis (Capex, depreciation, inventory), develop standardized reports/dashboards, and apply a strong analytical mindset to identify improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills for managing stakeholders (regional controllers, FP&A, BPO partners, etc.), and experience supporting internal/external audits and budget cycles.
