About the Client:One of the trusted names in metal fabrication companies in Dubai, known for high-quality projects in the construction and architectural sectors.
Job Description:Develop and manage detailed project schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project), including design, procurement, fabrication, installation, milestones, and critical paths, while coordinating with all project stakeholders. Monitor project progress against baseline schedules, prepare regular reports and dashboards, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions to address delays and maintain timelines. Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, production, logistics, and site) to align activities, ensure timely material delivery, and maintain proper sequencing of fabrication and installation. Plan and optimize resources (manpower, equipment, materials), identify and mitigate risks, perform delay analysis/EOT documentation, and drive continuous improvements in planning and scheduling processes.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering (or related) with 5+ years of façade experience Strong knowledge of aluminum façade systems, curtain walls, fabrication, and installation processes Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel, with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects
