Salary- 12,000 - 15,000 AED
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Leadership
- Lead the HR department managing a workforce of 100+ employees across Middle East and Africa Region.
- Develop and execute the overall HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on all people-related matters.
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives.
2. HR Policies & Compliance
- Draft, implement, and update company-wide HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, Free Zone regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
- Maintain HR systems, documentation, and reporting for audits and regulatory needs.
3. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical, sales, and support roles.
- Implement structured onboarding programs for new hires to enhance engagement and productivity.
- Develop talent pipelines for critical roles.
4. Performance Management & Employee Development
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems, KPIs, and feedback processes.
- Identify training needs and oversee learning & development programs.
- Support career development, promotions, and succession planning initiatives.
5. Compensation, Benefits & Rewards
- Benchmark compensation packages and implement competitive salary structures.
- Manage benefits programs, incentives, and employee recognition initiatives.
- Provide guidance on reward and retention strategies to leadership.
6. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Lead initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, wellbeing, and organizational culture.
- Serve as a mediator for employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Promote inclusion, diversity, and a high-performance culture throughout the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior managerial role.
- Proven experience in end-to-end HR functions, ideally in technology, IT distribution, or fast-growth organizations.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems, performance management tools, and HR analytics.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth, and multicultural environment.
