At Sana Commerce, our enterprise B2B customers run ERP-integrated ecommerce environments that require dedicated tenant deployments, managed hosting, and deep partner involvement.


We are looking for a Product Manager to own the lifecycle of customer environments—from provisioning and deployment to monitoring, partner tooling, and cost-efficient scaling.


You will work with Engineering, SRE, Implementation teams, and partners to build the internal and partner tooling that powers Sana’s managed SaaS hosting at enterprise scale.


You will support hundreds of enterprise B2B tenants hosted on Azure, working with dozens of implementation partners and managing thousands of deployments per year across complex ERP-integrated ecommerce environments.


This role owns the product strategy for tenant lifecycle automation, partner tooling, and managed hosting capabilities.

Job Description

What you'll be doing:


• Own the roadmap for tenant lifecycle management (provisioning, deployment, upgrades, rollback, cloning).

• Define and improve partner tooling for implementations, migrations, and environment access.

• Productize hosting capabilities (environment tiers, SLAs, observability, performance options).

• Drive automation of deployment orchestration and release management.

• Partner with SRE and Engineering to improve reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.

• Define KPIs (deployment lead time, environment uptime, MTTR, hosting cost per tenant).

• Work with Customer Success and Implementation teams to reduce onboarding effort and improve time-to-go-live.

• Contribute to improvements of our tooling ecosystem (Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring).

• Ensure security, compliance, and auditability in partner and internal tooling.



Qualifications

What you'll bring:


• 5+ years Product Management in SaaS infrastructure, DevOps tooling, hosting, or internal platforms.

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), containerized deployments, CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience supporting implementation partners or enterprise customer onboarding.

• Ability to translate SRE and engineering needs into product strategy.

• Strong understanding of SaaS operations metrics (SLO, uptime, cost per tenant, deployment lead time).


Nice to have:


• Experience in ERP-integrated SaaS or ecommerce platforms.

• Experience with partner ecosystems or implementation tooling.
