Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Abu Dhabi for a Property Sales Specialist (Arabic Speaker). The role includes managing property sales transactions, building and maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating property viewings, generating leads, and identifying potential buyers. The specialist will provide clients with expert property advice and assist them in making informed decisions. They will also collaborate with internal teams to share market insights, contribute to the achievement of sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building rapport, addressing client inquiries professionally, and resolving concerns effectively. Experience in Commercial and Residential Real Estate, with a deep understanding of market trends, property listings, and sales strategies. Proven ability in Sales, including a results-driven approach, negotiation skills, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Fluency in Arabic and English to cater to a diverse clientele. Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in business, sales, real estate, or a related field preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
