Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts & Admin Officer Assistant to support our finance and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, handling daily accounting tasks, and ensuring smooth office administration.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Duties
- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, invoices, and reports
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and data entry in accounting systems
- Assist in payroll processing and expense tracking
Administrative Duties
- Provide general administrative support to the office
- Manage filing systems (physical and digital)
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
- Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting and/or administrative roles
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
