As a Senior Sales Analyst, you are responsible for analysing sales performance, forecasting revenue, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership to optimise sales strategies, improve operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth. You will work in a fast-paced environment that is professional, international and entrepreneurial.
In this role you will:
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports (KPIs, quotas, pipeline, win/loss).
- Support annual and quarterly planning.
- Evaluate sales effectiveness by region, product, channel, and customer segment.
- Partner with sales leadership to optimise territory design, quotas, and incentives.
- Support pricing, discount, and margin analysis.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and executive decisions.
- Ensure data integrity across CRM and reporting systems.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, actionable manner.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in analytics.
