Job description
1.Be responsible for the recruitment, training and daily assessment of business personnel, ensuring their performance meets job requirements.
2.Organize project business planning meetings, determine the direction and key points of business planning, and supervise the implementation.
3.Organize the formulation of business work plans for each project and supervise their execution.
4.Be responsible for calculating and setting business indicators as well as change and visa indicators for each project.
5.Organize the calculation of the settlement amount of each project and set the timeline for signing settlement statements.
6.Calculate payment collection indicators for settled projects and coordinate the completion of payment collection.
