We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Geriatric Medicine Doctor to provide specialized care for our elderly patients.

Responsibilities: Conduct thorough medical assessments and evaluations tailored to elderly patients.
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans that address chronic illnesses and age-related conditions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic patient care.
Educate patients and families on managing health conditions and preventive care.
Maintain detailed and accurate medical records as per healthcare standards.
Stay updated with advancements in geriatric medicine and integrate best practices into patient care.
