Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking an intellectually agile, high-velocity Executive Assistant to serve as the primary engine and strategic "right hand" to an established CEO of a global video games company with a 20+ year history. This is a high-impact role designed for a professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and drives operational excellence.
You will act as the CEO’s Information Hub, managing the flow of communication, ensuring flawless follow-through, and serving as a force multiplier for leadership. This role requires someone who operates with total autonomy and zero need for oversight.
Competitive salary of AED 18,000 - 25,000 per month (depending on experience) plus medical insurance, visa and performance bonus.
Key Responsibilities
1. Master Action List Ownership
- Own and maintain the single Master Action List for the entire global operation, encompassing Studio, Publishing, and Operations.
- Capture, assign, and track every commitment, deliverable, milestone, and next steps discussed in meetings or raised by Directors and Lead Producers.
- Drive reporting and execution across all departments. You will ensure items are closed out effectively so the CEO does not have to chase updates or status reports.
2. Communication & Inbox Orchestration
- Maintain full delegated access to the CEO’s email; triage incoming requests, identify urgent priorities, and draft sophisticated correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Act as the primary gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring the CEO’s time is focused on the highest-leverage activities.
3. Strategic Shadowing & Meeting Facilitation
- Attend high-level meetings and board sessions to capture key objectives, synthesize notes, and immediately translate discussions into actionable workflows.
- Ensure the CEO is fully briefed and prepared with all necessary documentation and context prior to every engagement.
4. Operations & Logistics Management
- Execute complex travel itineraries with 100% accuracy.
- Manage professional errands with high urgency, ensuring a seamless integration between the CEO’s work and private commitments.
Skills
Key Requirements
- Immediate start
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or in a strategic support role, with at least 2-3 years directly supporting a CEO, Founder or C-level executive in a fast-paced industry (tech, gaming, media, or consulting preferred).
- A proven track record of academic or professional excellence. Must be a fast learner with the ability to grasp complex concepts and business nuances immediately.
- A natural tendency to identify gaps and fill them proactively without waiting for formal instructions.
- High level of resourcefulness and the ability to navigate roadblocks independently. This role requires a self-starter who operates effectively without oversight.
- Experience handling sensitive corporate data and personal communications with the highest level of professional ethics.
- Native or professional-level mastery of English. Must have the ability to mirror the CEO’s voice and represent the Office of the CEO with poise and precision.
- The ability to remain calm and organized under pressure, maintaining a solutions-oriented mindset even when priorities shift rapidly.
This is a high-impact strategic role for a true force multiplier who thrives with full autonomy.
