Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and dismantling of workstations, ensuring a smooth operational flow for colleagues.
- Proactively maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including common areas and storage spaces.
- Support the team with the preparation and distribution of materials, documents, and equipment as needed.
- Operate basic equipment, such as printers and scanners, and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
