Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information

  • Support in delivering a positive shopping experience

Sales Support

  • Assist customers with product selection and purchases

  • Support the sales team in achieving store targets

  • Promote products and ongoing offers

Store Operations

  • Assist in arranging and replenishing merchandise on shelves

  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing

  • Support inventory checks and stock management activities

Cashiering & Billing Support

  • Assist in billing and payment processes

  • Handle basic POS/cash counter activities under supervision

Learning & Development

  • Participate in retail training and development programs

  • Learn store policies, product knowledge, and customer handling techniques

Requirements


Desired Candidate Profile

Education

  • High School / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree (any field)

Experience

  • Freshers or 0–1 year of experience

  • Retail/customer service internship is a plus
