Key responsibilities:
Operations management
- Manage and supervise all service department activities, including repairs, maintenance, and inspections
- Ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of service jobs
- Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards
Customer service
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and handle escalated customer concerns
- Build long-term relationships with customers through trust and service quality
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements
Inventory & vendor management
- Oversee parts inventory and ensure availability of required materials
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement
- Control costs and minimize wastage
