Desired Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in joinery or carpentry, with a proven track record of supervisory roles.
- A diploma or degree in carpentry, joinery, or a related field is preferred, showcasing a solid educational foundation.
- Certification in health and safety standards relevant to the woodworking industry, demonstrating commitment to workplace safety.
