• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production and assembly of joinery items.

• Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to maintain high standards and minimize defects.
• Coordinate with project managers and designers to align production schedules with project timelines and requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in joinery or carpentry, with a proven track record of supervisory roles.
• A diploma or degree in carpentry, joinery, or a related field is preferred, showcasing a solid educational foundation.
• Certification in health and safety standards relevant to the woodworking industry, demonstrating commitment to workplace safety.
