Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions, customizing modules like Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to automate processes and improve user experience.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP, and other integration methods to ensure data consistency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize service disruptions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation and support.
Good knowledge of:
ServiceNow scripting
JavaScript
Flow Designer
Workflow configuration
IntegrationHub
Hands-on experience with CMDB and Discovery.
Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations.
Experience in ServiceNow administration and development.
Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred.
ServiceNow ITSM Implementation Specialist certification is an advantage.
ITIL certification preferred.
