Conduct thorough screening and interviewing of candidates, assessing their technical skills, cultural fit, and potential for success within the organization.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation, providing a positive and efficient candidate experience.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong background in full-cycle of IT recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews with relevant 5-7 Years of experience
Expertise in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
Proficiency in candidate sourcing using various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking.
Implement IT headhunting strategies, keeping in mind the latest industry trends as an effective IT talent acquisition consultant
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
Networking skills to establish connections within the industry and build a talent pipeline.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Comfortable negotiating job offers, developing compensation structures, and managing the offer acceptance process.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, industry trends, and recruitment best practices.
