Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound calls to Nepali residents and migrant workers across the Gulf region.

  • Consult with clients over the phone, understand their relocation goals, and pitch European/Schengen immigration and travel pathways.

  • Confidently handle client objections, build deep trust over the phone, and guide prospects from initial inquiry to signed contract.

  • Follow up aggressively with hot and warm leads to maximize conversion rates and prevent pipeline drop-offs.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and registration targets to maximize your own commission payout.

Desired Candidate Profile

Language Requirement: Fluent or Native Nepali speaker (Mandatory). You must be able to communicate smoothly and build trust with the Nepali community.

  • Current Location: Must be currently residing in Dubai, UAE (Available to join immediately is a huge plus).

  • Experience: preferred Prior experience in telesales or basic sales , outbound calling, immigration/visa sales, or customer consulting is highly preferred.

  • Core Strengths: Excellent phone etiquette, persuasive communication skills, and a strong work ethic. You must be comfortable handling a high volume of daily calls.

  • Motivation: Highly money-motivated and target-driven. This role is perfect for someone who wants a direct correlation between their effort and their income—the more sales you close, the higher your salary and commission checks will be.
