Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • We are looking for a Specialized Technical Services professional with experience in Card & Payments systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the PowerCARD platform, either in implementation or production support environments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support and development for Card & Payments applications.

    • Work on PowerCARD system implementation, customization, or support activities.

    • Troubleshoot application and transaction-related issues.

    • Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver payment solutions.

    • Ensure system stability, performance, and issue resolution within SLA timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Hands-on experience with PowerCARD system.

  • Strong understanding of Cards & Payments domain.

  • Experience in implementation and/or support projects.

  • Good development and troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to work in onsite or offshore delivery models.
