Roles & Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the development and execution of the central brand strategy for the assigned Therapy Area, aligned with corporate objectives and local markets' needs.
- Develop and own the annual central brand plans, including strategic imperatives, tactical planning, KPIs, and budget oversight.
- Serve as the primary strategic point of contact between the central marketing function and in-market brand teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Central/Local Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Commercial) to ensure brand growth consistency.
- Helping to set and validate annual sales budgets and long-term plans for assigned products and assessing performance accordingly.
- Training and guiding the sales force with skills and innovative promotion for achieving commercial objectives.
- Full responsibility, management, tracking and reporting of territory approved A&P.
- Drive the creation of core central assets, messaging, and campaign frameworks for adaptation across regions.
- Planning for new product launches, starting with prelaunch activities, successful launch and post-launch tracking and reporting.
- Knowledge and expertise to drive digital marketing strategies, campaigns and tactics in addition to direct-to-consumer campaigns, metrics and best practices.
- Continuously monitoring market trends, competitive intelligence, and performance analytics to continuously refine brand strategy.
- Interaction with internal and external customers; KOLs, Hospitals and advertising agencies.
- Organizing and attending local congresses/CMEs, launch events, and Standalone meeting.
- Supporting validation of In-licensing search and profiling opportunities, and filling the BD team with pipeline products per the company's strategy and long-term vision.
- Planning and implementing capability and or action to drive assigned products' performance.
- Plan and attend field visits in key markets to support commercial operations and oversee assigned brands' tactics execution.
Desired Candidate Profile
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Level of Education required:
- Bachelor s Degree - Required.
- MBA Degree - Preferred.
Years of experience required:
- Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing in the Women s Health therapy area within EU region - Minimum 7-8 Years of relevant experience
Technical skills:
- Sales & Marketing know-how essential - Advanced Knowledge.
- Experience in setting up promotional arrangements and managing same with distributors - Advanced Experience.
- Proven track record of sales and marketing performance - Excellent Record.
