Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire supply chain process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products while maintaining high service levels.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies that align with company objectives, optimizing routes and transportation methods for efficiency.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to negotiate favorable terms and enhance service quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent stockouts or excess inventory, utilizing advanced analytics tools.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM or CSCMP are highly desirable for enhancing strategic logistics planning.
- Prior experience in industries like e-commerce, retail, or manufacturing is preferred for relevant insights into logistics challenges.
