Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights that drive business decisions and strategies.
• Design and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by conducting regular data audits and implementing quality control measures.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in MIS or data analysis, preferably in a corporate environment.

• Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate are highly regarded.

• Assist to prepare, maintain & update records for Master list of documents, PPE, EEE, calibration equipment & records, First Aid & Fire Fighting records, IMS records for internal & external audits, HRM, QHSE, RTA, RTA Energy, Waste Management performance & records

• Assist to prepare, maintain & analyze all Department objectives, KPIs, RTA’s PRM related reports & submit to HR & QHSE Manager on monthly basis

  • Assist to review HR & HSSEQ correspondence & maintain document control system records

  • Assist to generate Report and analyze non-conformities, accidents and hazardous occurrences frequently to analyze all accidents, incidents, near miss reports and non-conformances & report to management
