As part of its continued growth, the company is looking to appoint a Leasing Team Lead to oversee leasing operations, drive commercial performance, and lead a high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leasing professional who enjoys leading from the front, developing teams, and making a tangible impact within a scaling business.
Key responsibilities include:• Leading, coaching and developing a team of leasing professionals• Monitoring leasing performance, occupancy rates and commercial KPIs• Driving revenue growth through effective leasing strategies• Managing the full leasing lifecycle across a diverse property portfolio• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and development of new team members• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and key stakeholders• Collaborating with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes
About You• 5+ years' experience within leasing, real estate or property management• Previous experience leading or mentoring a team• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering results• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate or a related field preferred
