Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain workflow and resolve conflicts.
- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents to guide construction activities.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and protocols to create a secure work environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in construction project engineering.
- Proven experience managing diverse construction projects, preferably within the commercial or industrial sectors.
