Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects from initiation to completion. Ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. Oversees site activities, contractors, technical reviews, resource allocation, client coordination, and project documentation while ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience in MEP project execution, engineering, or project management.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Building Services systems.
Proven experience in managing contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent project planning, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
PMP or other project management certifications are an added advantage.
