Roles & Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

• 4+ years of experience in civil construction

• Experience in EPC projects (Engineering, Procurement & Construction)

• Strong knowledge of international standards and oil & gas specifications

• Knowledge in concrete mix design and durability requirements

• Experience in Rebar inspection and BBS checking

• Knowledge in Underground pipeline bedding and compaction

• Good understanding of PTW (Permit to Work) system

• Strong QA/QC and HSE knowledge

• Sound technical knowledge and site management skills

• Proficiency in relevant engineering software’s

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors

• Problem-solving and decision-making ability

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Professional attitude with commitment to safety and quality

• Good reporting and documentation skills

Desired Candidate Profile

• B. Tech (civil) or BE (Civil)
• Minimum 4 years of experience (Home country experience can also be considered)
• Collaborate with engineers, foremen, workers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of work.
• Remain calm under pressure and maintain a constructive attitude in difficult site conditions.
• Be accountable for site progress, safety, and quality.
• Be flexible to changing plans, weather conditions, and urgent project needs.
