Roles & Responsibilities
Taking orders from guest and serve as per standard operating procedures.
Offer guest drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients
Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and
sugar ratios)
Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries and muffins
Maintain pantry cleanliness, hygiene and personal grooming.
Help Manager to monitor the stock level.
Any other tasks that may be assigned to you.
