Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Barista with 2–3 years of experience in both sales and coffee preparation. The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, capable of preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, and confident in engaging with customers to drive sales and enhance their overall experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages according to company standards.
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
Promote and sell products by understanding customer needs and making appropriate recommendations.
Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, display areas, and work environment.
Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements when necessary.
Support daily store operations and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
2–3 years of proven experience as a Barista and/or Sales Associate.
Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage presentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage with customers confidently and build positive relationships.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products.
Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
