� Hiring: Contracts Manager / Senior Contracts Specialist | UAE
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager / Senior Contracts Specialist to join a leading organization in the UAE and play a strategic role in managing contractual risk, governance, compliance, and commercial performance across major projects.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead pre-award and post-award contract management activities
✅ Review tender documents and identify contractual, commercial, and legal risks
✅ Support bid preparation, contract negotiations, and commercial strategy development
✅ Manage contract administration, variations, EOT claims, delay claims, and dispute resolution
✅ Advise project and leadership teams on contractual obligations, risk mitigation, and compliance requirements
✅ Review and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, LOIs, JV agreements, and consortium agreements
✅ Maintain contract records, guarantees, insurances, and project correspondence
✅ Support project teams with payment recovery, claims management, and contract close-out activities
✅ Ensure compliance with company governance, UAE regulations, and industry best practices

Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
▪ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, or related discipline
▪ 8+ years of experience in Contracts Management within Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, Industrial, or Engineering projects
▪ Strong exposure to both pre-award and post-award contract management
▪ Extensive knowledge of FIDIC contracts (Red, Yellow, and Silver Books)
▪ Experience with claims preparation, EOTs, variations, commercial negotiations, and dispute resolution
▪ Familiarity with NEC, JCT, and bespoke contracts
▪ Knowledge of UAE construction laws and contractual frameworks
▪ Professional accreditation such as CIArb and/or RICS is highly preferred
▪ Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
