We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Sales Specialist / Phone Moderator to manage incoming and outgoing calls, qualify leads, support sales activities, and ensure excellent customer communication. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert inquiries into sales opportunities while maintaining high standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly. Contact potential customers to follow up on leads, appointments, and sales opportunities. Qualify leads and gather customer requirements. Schedule appointments and consultations for the sales team. Present company products and services to prospective clients. Follow up with clients to maintain engagement and increase conversion rates. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary. Monitor communication channels and ensure timely responses. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance and sales targets. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is an advantage. Previous experience in telesales, customer service, call center operations, or sales support. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls. Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
