🔎 Position: Market Analyst📅 Experience: 1–3 years📍 Industry: Real Estate
🌟Key Responsibilities:* Conduct UAE real estate market research covering pricing, absorption, and demand–supply trends* Analyze off-plan and secondary market data, including developer pricing and inventory movement* Prepare market reports, dashboards, and MIS for internal stakeholders* Support sales teams and advisors with data-driven insights and launch analysis* Track competitor projects, incentives, and payment structures* Evaluate projects and developers on ROI, yield, and risk metrics* Maintain accurate documentation and research databases* 1-3 years of experience in real estate market research, property advisory, or investment analytics* Strong proficiency in MS Excel & Power BI* Understanding of UAE real estate cycles and regulations* Familiarity with developer incentives, escrow structures, and payment plans* High attention to data accuracy and integrity* Ability to convert complex data into clear, actionable insights* Strong coordination with sales and advisory teams* Ability to perform under tight deadlines in a fast-paced market
📝Requirements & Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate, Business Analytics, or Statistics* Master’s Degree (MBA / MSc in Real Estate, Finance, or Analytics) – preferred* Certification in Real Estate Analysis, Data Analytics, or Financial Modelling – an advantage
