Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.

  • Support sales activities and achieve store targets.

  • Maintain product displays and store presentation standards.

  • Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks.

  • Support cashiering and billing activities when required.

  • Handle customer queries and ensure a positive shopping experience.

  • Learn company products, policies, and retail procedures.


  • Willingness to learn and work in a retail environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.

  • High School Diploma, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
