Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and analyze lifting plans to ensure safe and efficient operations, taking into account load dynamics and environmental factors.
- Conduct site assessments prior to lifting operations, identifying potential hazards and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Select appropriate lifting equipment and techniques, ensuring they are suitable for the specific load and site conditions.
- Collaborate with project managers and site crews to coordinate lifting activities, minimizing disruption and maximizing productivity.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with a focus on civil or mechanical engineering preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in lifting operations within the construction or oil & gas industries.
- Professional certification such as Certified Lifting Engineer (CLE) or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Proven experience with rigging, hoisting, and lifting equipment, showcasing technical proficiency in these areas.
