We are looking for a Field Operations Manager to lead and support on-ground teams across various project sites. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to work in outdoor environments.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise field teams to ensure smooth operations Coordinate daily field activities and address any operational challenges Collaborate with internal teams for resource planning and site execution Monitor performance, safety standards, and work quality Provide regular updates and reports to management
Requirements:Must have prior experience leading a team (any industry) Willing and able to work outdoors in varying conditions Industry-specific experience is not required â€” we value leadership and adaptability Previous Experience letters are required if shortlisted for an interview Strong communication and organizational skills
