Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Reverse Osmosis plant systems and related equipment.

• Ensure treated water quality meets required operational and safety standards.

• Follow safety procedures, permit-to-work requirements, and company HSE standards.

• Coordinate with maintenance, laboratory, and operations teams when required.

• Assist in troubleshooting RO system issues and improving plant performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or related field.

• Experience in RO plant operation, water treatment, desalination, or utilities operations.

• Knowledge of RO membranes, pumps, filters, dosing systems, and control panels.

• Ability to read and understand technical parameters and operational logs.

• Basic knowledge of HSE requirements in industrial or plant environments.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Ability to work in shifts if required.

• UAE experience is preferred.

Experience: Min 10 Years Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or related field. Industry: Power Generation Company Language: Excellent in Arabic & English
