Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily ready-mix concrete plant operations, ensuring efficient production and timely delivery schedules are met.
- Manage inventory of raw materials (cement, aggregates, admixtures), optimizing stock levels to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
- Implement and enforce stringent quality control measures for all concrete mixes, adhering to project specifications and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, including equipment malfunctions and production bottlenecks, to maintain continuous workflow.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in ready-mixed concrete plant operations or a similar heavy industrial environment.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in managing production schedules, quality control, and team leadership within the concrete industry.
