Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deliver safety training programmes to client employees, supervisors, and management across multiple industries and site types.

• Conduct courses including Fire Safety & Emergency Response, general safety awareness, Working at Height, Confined Space Entry, Permit to Work (PTW), Electrical safety, scaffolding etc.

• Develop customized training materials and e-learning content tailored to client operations and site-specific hazards.

• Maintain accurate training records, issue certificates of completion, and manage training matrices for client organizations and proper coordination.

• Conduct third-party inspections as per ENAS/EIAC regulations in specific scopes.

• Assist in HSE audits, and compliance assessments.

• Identify business development opportunities across the client base and report to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Safety Science, or related field with minimum 3 years of experience in delivering professional safety training and inspections with consultancy background.

• Certifications related to training and safety (Train the trainer, NEBOSH, ISO certifications preferred)

• Valid UAE driving license (or ability to obtain)

• Fluent English — written and spoken
