Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates holding an associate's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven track record of leadership experience in a maintenance supervisor role, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Certifications such as HVAC, Electrical, or Mechanical are highly desirable, showcasing specialized knowledge in key areas.
