Basic Qualifications:
Be a UAE National (Emirati)
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, including experience in collections or receivables management.
Strong understanding of credit management, collections processes, and financial risk control.
Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and credit practices.
Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and financial/ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle).
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
