- Responsible for contracts management of the execution phase.

- Responsible for MENA and North Africa project commercial contract management, including EPC contract administration, payment management, EPC contract variation and claims management, subcontract management, subcontract variation and claim, coordinate and handle commercial matters and disputes during project execution.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Quantity Survey or relevant fields from a reputable University.
- Candidates having 2+ years' working experience in the contracts department of a reputed company (Certified Professional is preferable), especially having experience in new energy projects.
- Have knowledge of contract administration, familiar with FIDIC, claim management and legal aspects pertaining to Construction Contracts.
- Candidate, who has successfully managed contracts (including EPC or subcontracts, at least subcontract management) from drafting, evaluation, and negotiation to execution process, needs to be skilled in numerous areas including legal compliance, variation and claim , negotiation, and relationship management.
- Good negotiating and persuasive skills , both in one-on-one and group meetings.
- Ability to speak, write and communicate effectively in English.
- Candidate should possess the analytical, project management and planning skills, and should provide technical and creative solutions to a variety of issues that may arise
- Candidate should be dedicated, team-oriented and should possess a strong desire to learn .
Note: Candidate shall be based Projects in MENA and North Africa region.
