Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire laptop refurbishment workflow, from receiving defective units to dispatching quality-assured refurbished products.
- Develop and implement efficient repair and testing procedures to maximize throughput and minimize turnaround time.
- Manage and mentor a team of technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards at every stage of the refurbishment process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in electronics repair and refurbishment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of laptop hardware and operating system issues.
- Certification in A+ or similar hardware repair certifications is highly desirable.
