Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our Typing Centre. The PRO will be responsible for managing government-related transactions, visa and immigration processes, labor and licensing procedures, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of government portals and procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities Process and manage visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes. Handle labor permits, work permits, labor contracts, and related documentation. Liaise with government departments, including immigration, labor authorities, municipalities, and other regulatory bodies. Submit and track applications through relevant government portals and systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) in a typing centre, business setup company, or related field. Strong knowledge of visa processing, immigration procedures, labor regulations, trade license services, and government documentation. Proficient in using relevant government portals and online systems. Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and government authorities. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer operations. Familiarity with document typing, application processing, and attestation procedures is preferred.
