Roles & Responsibilities
Galileo GDS Operations: Utilize the Galileo system to efficiently book and ticket domestic and international flights, rail, car rentals, and hotel accommodations.
Itinerary Planning & Consultation: Consult with corporate clients to understand their travel preferences, budgetary limits, and scheduling requirements to create customized, optimal itineraries.
Policy Enforcement: Guide travellers on their company’s travel policies, ensuring compliance while finding the best cost-saving opportunities and travel upgrades.
Issue Resolution: Proactively manage booking modifications, cancellations, flight disruptions, and emergency changes in a calm and timely manner.
Supplier Relations: Maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and ground transport vendors to secure negotiated corporate rates and perks.
Documentation & Admin: Accurately process payments, issue invoices, prepare tickets, and assist with visa or passport requirements where applicable
Desired Candidate Profile
GDS Expertise: Minimum of 2–4 years of experience actively using the Galileo GDS system for complex bookings, ticketing, and fare construction.
Corporate Travel Experience: Proven track record in a business travel or corporate ticketing environment.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of airline alliances, routings, geography, and corporate travel market trends.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English (and additional regional languages as required by the specific market
