Roles & Responsibilities
Operate and monitor coal mills, crushers, and associated equipment, ensuring optimal performance and output.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mill systems, identifying and addressing potential issues before they cause downtime.
Control and adjust mill feed rates and settings based on coal quality, particle size requirements, and production targets.
Safely handle and transport coal materials, adhering to strict safety protocols and environmental regulations.
Perform regular field rounds to ensure stable operation of coal mills. Reporting abnormality
Desired Candidate Profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in mechanical or industrial operations is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience operating heavy industrial machinery, preferably in a coal-fired power plant or mining environment.
- Certification in operating specific types of milling or crushing equipment is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and operating procedures.
