Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Baking Trainer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong practical baking skills and the ability to train students from beginner to advanced levels. The trainer will be responsible for conducting hands-on training sessions, preparing course materials, demonstrating baking techniques, and ensuring students gain industry-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional baking training classes.

• Demonstrate baking techniques and recipes.

• Teach cake making, bread making, pastries, and desserts.

• Guide students during practical sessions.

• Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.

• Prepare lesson plans and training materials.

• Assess student performance and provide feedback.

• Support students in developing professional baking skills.

Required Skills

• Advanced baking and pastry production skills.

• Knowledge of cakes, breads, pastries, and desserts.

• Experience in commercial bakery operations.

• Food safety and hygiene knowledge.

• Recipe development and costing knowledge.

• Classroom training and presentation skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to train students from diverse backgrounds.
