Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi for a Clinical Operations Manager, with flexibility to work partially from home. The Clinical Operations Manager will oversee the coordination and execution of clinical operations, manage clinical research projects, and lead a team of research associates. Responsibilities include developing and implementing operational strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and optimizing workflows to enhance patient care and clinical outcomes.
Qualifications Expertise in Clinical Operations to oversee and optimize processes and ensure compliance with healthcare standards. Proficiency in Clinical Research and Research methodologies to design and implement studies effectively. Experience working with Clinical Research Associates to coordinate and manage research activities. Strong Project Management skills to handle schedules, resources, and deadlines efficiently. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and industry best practices. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, clinical research, or a related field, with advanced degrees or certifications preferred. Previous experience in sports rehabilitation or a healthcare setting is a plus.
