We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Chairman and his family in Dubai. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive administrative assistance and personal support within a dynamic private family environment, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the Chairman’s and family’s schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision and attention to detail.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and communications on behalf of the Chairman and family, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Plan and organize family events and social engagements smoothly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with household staff and external service providers to maintain operations and address requirements promptly.
- Assist with personal tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and discretion at all times.
- Maintain confidential files and records with the utmost confidentiality and care.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for both professional and personal matters for the Chairman and family.
- Demonstrated experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably of European nationality, or in a similar capacity supporting high-profile individuals or families.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Flexible and adaptable attitude to meet the dynamic needs of the family.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing tasks.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends if required, to support family needs.
