Trainee Associate Administrator (Do not Apply if you're not UAE National)
A client of Headstart Recruitment is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Trainee – Associate Administrator to support our Administration and Operations teams across daily business activities and office coordination. This role offers hands-on exposure to office administration, documentation management, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and operational support within airport logistics projects. It is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates seeking practical industry experience while working alongside experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Administration and Operations teams with day-to-day office and business tasks.
Help prepare, organize, and maintain records, documentation, and business correspondence.
Support meeting arrangements, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
Monitor departmental tasks, action items, and follow-up activities.
Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and external stakeholders when needed.
Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and administrative materials.
Maintain accurate filing systems and support data entry activities.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Follow all company safety and operational guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
UAE National with Family Book.
Currently studying Business Administration, Business Management, or a related discipline.
Strong interest in administration, operations, and corporate environments.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Eager to learn and grow within a professional business setting.
Fluent in English and Arabic
