Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all civil construction activities related to HV/EHV substations.
Ensure project execution is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, DEWA regulations, and project schedules.
Coordinate with DEWA, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
Monitor site progress, productivity, quality, and safety performance.
Review and approve method statements, work schedules, and resource plans.
Resolve technical and construction-related issues to maintain project timelines.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSE requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
DEWA Approved Construction Manager certification is mandatory.
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years in HV/EHV Substation projects.
Strong knowledge of DEWA standards, regulations, and approval processes.
Experience in GIS/AIS Substations (11k/ 132kV )is preferred.
