• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot telecom systems, ensuring seamless operation and minimal downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections and testing of equipment to identify and rectify issues proactively.
• Configure and optimize network equipment, including routers and switches, to enhance overall system performance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently.
• Document all maintenance activities and service calls thoroughly for future reference and compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement upgrades and enhancements to existing telecom infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance metrics and implement solutions to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Assist in the design and layout of new telecom installations, adhering to regulatory standards and safety protocols.
• Train junior technicians and staff on best practices and emerging technologies within the telecom sector.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements to ensure the organization's competitive edge in technology.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience with fiber optics, VoIP systems, and wireless network technologies is preferred.
